Welcome to HKU Business School Future Leaders Camp 2025! We are excited to invite recent and upcoming undergraduate graduates to apply for our camp, which offers an enriching and immersive experience for future leaders. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities designed to enhance their skills and broaden their horizons. Outstanding performers in the camp will be granted offers for the 2026 intake in one of our 12 Master’s programmes at HKU Business School, with the opportunity of receiving a Dean’s Master Fellowship of up to HKD250,000 and internships at leading companies. This camp aims to provide top students from prestigious universities with a unique opportunity to secure their future academic endeavours.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

Students who are expected to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree by July 2026, as well as recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree (graduates of the past 3 years), are encouraged to apply. We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines. Priority will be given to candidates with exceptional academic backgrounds and well-rounded qualities. A holistic review approach will be adopted.

Accommodation and Expenses

HKU Business School will provide four nights of complimentary hotel accommodation, as well as meals included in the camp schedule. While participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Hong Kong, there are no additional fees for attending the camp. Students are also responsible for their own visa and other personal expenses.

• Latest CV
• Graduate transcripts of all academic qualifications / Latest transcripts for all academic qualifications, including the latest semester/term / Graduation Certificates and/or Degree Certificates (if applicable)
• Ranking Certificates (if applicable)
• Internship Certificates (if applicable)
• Professional Qualification
• Confirmation on English as Language of Instruction
• A satisfactory TOEFL/IELTS score if your university does not use English as the language of instruction. (CET4/CET6 can temporarily be used as an alternative to TOEFL/IELTS. However, if you receive a formal offer from us, you will be required to provide your TOEFL/IELTS score at a later stage.)
• A short video (within 3 minutes) answering specific questions based on the master's programme you choose
• Other supplementary materials demonstrating relevant skills or experiences (if applicable)

*Reference letters are NOT required at the current stage

• Application Start: February 4, 2025
• Application Deadline: 12:00 pm (Hong Kong Time, UTC+8), February 24, 2025
• Application results: Starting from March 17, 2025

 Important Notes

Outstanding performers in the Future Leaders Camp who are granted an admission offer will be required to submit a formal application when the HKU Application System opens at a later stage.

Applicants who are not selected for the camp are still highly encouraged to apply during the normal admission cycle. Not being selected for the camp does not reflect on your qualifications or chances of being admitted to HKU Business School Master’s programmes.
